• If an event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded
• If an event is postponed and does not take place within the scheduled timeframe, the bet will be considered void
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is void, it will be settled at odds of 1.0

5.3 Maximum Payout

The maximum payout from a single bet is ৳50,00,000. Any winnings above this amount will not be paid out. Maximum bet limits for special events may be set separately.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ktk11 to maintain a safe and fair environment. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting
• Opening an account using another person's identity
• Hacking, scraping, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct towards ktk11 staff

7 Privacy & Data Protection

9.2 Inactive Account Fee
